Transport Repair Miscellaneous Item Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply and repair services under two categories comprising repair of transport and other miscellaneous items for the Directorate of Education Planning Gilgit-Baltistan during financial year 2026-27. Registered firms and contractors having at least three years of relevant experience may apply. Bidding will use the single stage two-envelope system under GB PPRA Rules 2022, with separate technical and financial proposals. Bidding documents are available from the office of the undersigned, and bidders must have their own workshop, shop or outlet for relevant items within Gilgit city. A Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 30,000 in the name of Director Education Planning Gilgit-Baltistan from a scheduled bank including KCBL must accompany each tender. Late tenders, applications by blacklisted firms and unrealistic high or low quoted rates will not be entertained. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any tender with reasons.
