Procurement Uniforms Special Students Multan Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of uniform items for approximately 153 enrolled special students of Government Shadab Training Institute for Mentally Challenged Children Multan, including summer and winter uniform kits, jerseys and shoes. The estimated procurement value is Rs.1,800,000. Bids are invited from firms, suppliers and manufacturers registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and E-PADS. The Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure will apply. Bid security is 3% of the estimated cost, i.e. Rs.54,000, in the form of CDR, which must be uploaded with the technical proposal and submitted in original before opening. Tender forms must be uploaded by 10:30 AM on 07 September 2026 and technical bids will open at 11:00 AM. Samples must be presented for technical evaluation. Supplied uniforms may be tested at National Textile University Faisalabad/NTRC or another recognized laboratory at the successful bidder’s expense. A 5% performance guarantee is required. The successful bidder must take measurements within 10 working days after the grievance period and complete supply within 30 days of the supply order. Rates remain valid until 30 June 2027.
