Procurement Office Goods Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery items, general office items, IT equipment, machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, and repair and maintenance services under the financial year 2026-27 procurement program. Repair and maintenance services are subject to pre-qualification. Eligible firms, contractors, bidders, suppliers, authorized dealers and service providers may participate through E-PADS 2.0. Bidding will follow the single stage two envelope procedure, with the procurement method stated as Most Advantageous Bid or Least Cost under the applicable procurement framework. Bidding documents containing eligibility criteria and terms and conditions are available free of cost through PPRA, National Security Division and E-PADS 2.0. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 25-08-2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through E-PADS 2.0, while a scanned bid security equal to 3% of the total bid value must be uploaded and the original Demand Draft, Pay Order or CDR submitted before the closing time. A hard copy of the technical proposal must also be submitted for technical evaluation.
