Procurement Stationery Printing General Stores Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of stationery, printing material and general store items for financial year 2026-27 under a framework contract. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered on Punjab E-PADS may participate. Bidders must be registered with FBR and provide Income Tax and Sales Tax certificates, Punjab professional tax certificate, a list of relevant major supplies and evidence of financial soundness. Bidding will be conducted under the single stage two envelope procedure. A 2% bid security must be submitted through the Bank of Punjab in accordance with applicable Punjab Government and PPRA instructions in favor of the Vice Chancellor. Conditional, optional, incomplete and non-compliant bids will be treated as non-responsive. Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab E-PADS by the closing date and technical bids will be opened on the same date.
