Lot wise procurement under single stage single envelope open competitive bidding for stationery items estimated at Rs. 1,500,000 with bid security of Rs. 30,000 - printing and publications estimated at Rs. 1,200,000 with bid security of Rs. 24,000 - computer stationery estimated at Rs. 1,300,000 with bid security of Rs. 26,000 - other items estimated at Rs. 1,200,000 with bid security of Rs. 24,000 - hardware estimated at Rs. 2,295,000 with bid security of Rs. 45,900 - IT equipment estimated at Rs. 2,001,000 with bid security of Rs. 40,020 - plant and machinery estimated at Rs. 2,801,000 with bid security of Rs. 56,020. Manufacturers, authorized agents, dealers, distributors and other eligible firms or companies registered with relevant registration and tax authorities may participate.
