Framework contracts for day to day local purchase and emergency purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items and UHI medicines with estimated cost of 4.8 million and bid security of 2% - purchase of X-Ray films and radiology accessories with estimated cost of 2.0 million and bid security of 2% - purchase of pathology and laboratory materials from UHI or regular budget with estimated cost of 3.0 million and bid security of 2% - miscellaneous and dental items with estimated cost of 1.8 million and bid security of 2% - printing material and stationery items from UHI or regular budget with estimated cost of 2.6 million and bid security of 2% - medical gases with estimated cost of 0.8 million and bid security of 2%. Eligible bidders must register on Punjab E-Procurement and submit technical and financial proposals electronically through the single stage two envelope open competitive bidding procedure. Bid security may be submitted through CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque from a scheduled bank and the document must be uploaded and physically delivered. Prices must include applicable taxes, duties and levies.
