Description
Procurement of refreshment items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27 with an estimated total cost of Rs. 8,390,000 inclusive of applicable taxes and fixed bid security of Rs. 167,800 representing 2% of the estimated amount. Bidders must upload technical and financial bids in PDF form with complete supporting documents according to the eligibility criteria. Bidding will be conducted electronically under the single stage two envelope procedure with least cost selection and evaluation on cumulative cost basis. Bid security must be paid or submitted through 1link or Bank Guarantee options digitally via generated PSID on the e-Procurement Portal. Only technically qualified bidders will have their financial proposals opened. Bid validity is 90 days. Incomplete or conditional bids will not be considered.
