Framework procurement for local purchase of medicines, surgical and disposable items including SSP, dialysis unit items and medicines, medical gases, stationery items, general store items, printing materials, linen items, laboratory items, dental items, X-ray items, IT equipment and accessories for financial year 2026-27. Estimated costs range from Rs. 1,000,000 to Rs. 4,000,000 per lot, with 2% bid security for each lot. Eligible pharmacy businesses, chain pharmacies, distributors and suppliers must hold the specified Retail Drug Sale License Form 9 for applicable medicines and surgical supplies, while other suppliers must meet the eligibility requirements in the bidding documents. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security must be valid for 120 days and submitted through a CDR from a scheduled bank processed through the e-Procurement Portal. Incomplete or improperly submitted bids will not be considered and taxes will be deducted according to applicable government rules.
