Procurement Orthopedic Implants Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of orthopedic implants for financial year 2026-27. E-bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents and authorized agents of foreign or local principals engaged in trading and registered on the e-Punjab procurement system and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. The total estimated cost is PKR 18,000,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 360,000, to be submitted with the Technical Proposal through Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque, with the original security submitted before e-bid opening. E-bids must be submitted online through e-Punjab procurement by 11:00 AM on 08-09-2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of participating representatives. Bidders must quote both brand name and model name in Technical and Financial Proposals. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. The procurement covers orthopedic implants, surgical implant products and related orthopedic medical supplies for hospital use.
