Repair And Maintenance Of Government Vehicles Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance of Government vehicles on the charge of District Police Officer, Lower Kohistan, including relevant spare parts and other required items for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from eligible bidders and firms through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding method comprising one envelope containing the financial bid on the original pad. Tender documents and detailed vehicle, spare parts and item requirements can be obtained from the office of the procuring officer during working hours on payment of Rs.200 per bidding document. A call deposit of 2% of quoted rates must be attached with the quotation. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department, must not be blacklisted and must submit attested copies of registration. All applicable government taxes shall be deducted from payments. The successful bidder shall deposit security at the rate of 10% of the total value of work in the form of deposit at call in the name of District Police Officer, Lower Kohistan, refundable after successful completion of the contract. The tender is to be submitted through registered post or courier service and opened in the presence of representatives of participating bidders. The procurement covers vehicle repair, vehicle maintenance, spare parts, replacement items, mechanical repair services and related maintenance work for Government vehicles.
