Supply Store Items Repair Services Cw Department Punjab Tender Notice

Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab, Lahore invites tenders from registered firms having Sales Tax registration and Professional Tax Number for supply of store items, parts and provision of repair services on wholesale or retail basis during financial year 2026-27. Tender No. E&A(C&W)CT/1-1/2026-27 covers three lots: Lot No. 1 Operating Expenses with an estimated budget of Rs.93.465 million; Lot No. 2 Repair & Maintenance of Machinery & Equipment, Hardware & Software, IT and Furniture & Fixtures with an estimated cost of Rs.8.807 million; and Lot No. 3 Transport with an estimated cost of Rs.20.000 million. Bidders are required to upload their tenders by 07-09-2026 at 11:00 AM along with a call deposit equal to 5% of the estimated cost of each lot from a scheduled bank. Lot No. 1 includes office stationery, printing and publication, POL/mobil oil, transportation of goods, conferences and seminars, uniforms, computer stationery and other operating expenses. Lot No. 2 includes machinery and equipment repair, hardware and software repair, IT repair and furniture and fixture repair. Lot No. 3 covers transport. Tenders will be opened on 07-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at Communication & Works Department, near Old Anarkali, Lahore. Payment will be made against Sales Tax Invoice and applicable Income Tax and Sales Tax will be deducted according to government rules. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
