Purchase And Repair Maintenance Items For Rawalpindi Institu Tender Notice
Description
Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology invites bids under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for purchase of items for repair and maintenance of the office building for RIC Rawalpindi and NSCC Samli Murree, pest control and fumigation services, supply of medical gases and LPG, renting out of photocopy facility, and supplementary laboratory and pathology items. Bids are to be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. A Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be followed. Bidders must submit fresh bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee equal to 2% of the estimated price for the relevant tender, in favour of Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology, Rawal Road, Rawalpindi, through the prescribed Punjab E-Procurement System mechanism. The last date for submission of tender documents is 27-08-2026 at 10:00 AM and bids will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions and quantities are available free of cost from the relevant procurement websites.
