Auction Miscellaneous Items University Education Lahore Tender Notice
Description
University of Education, Division of Education, College Road, Township, Lahore invites sealed lot-wise bids for auction of miscellaneous items. The auction comprises three lots: Lot 1 Machinery & Equipment including AC outdoor and indoor units and miscellaneous items, with an estimated amount of Rs.168,840 and refundable security deposit of Rs.8,442; Lot 2 Used Answer Sheets, Thesis and Old Issues of JREE including answer sheets, thesis and JREE issues, with an estimated amount of Rs.232,420 and security deposit of Rs.11,621; and Lot 3 Iron, Aluminum, Batteries with Cables and Other Items including iron, aluminum, batteries with cables, toner, tyres, vehicle items and electrical items, with an estimated amount of Rs.94,110 and security deposit of Rs.4,705. Sealed bids must be submitted by registered courier or by hand to the designated office by 04-09-2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security must be submitted through Pay Order in favour of Director, Division of Education. Bidders must quote separately for each lot; lump-sum bids covering multiple lots will not be accepted. Late bids will not be accepted. The Auction Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable PPRA rules and auction policy.
