Procurement Furniture Fixtures School Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture and fixtures for Petroleum Social Development Committee District Matiari at SEF Al-Madani School, Village Barkat Bhatti, Taluka Matiari for Academic Year 2026-27, including mono desks, 484 Tali Wood chairs, staff room chairs, teachers chairs, clerk office tables, filing cabinets, whiteboards, soft boards and electric water coolers, with estimated cost of 04.000 million and earnest money or bid security equal to 3% of the bid price. Procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under SPPRA rules. Bidding documents may be obtained from the District Education Officer office against a non-refundable fee of Rs.3,000 per tender or downloaded from the SPPRA website. Completed bids must be submitted with bid security in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee or Bank Draft in favor of the District Education Officer (Elementary, Secondary & Higher Secondary) Matiari. The Technical Proposal will be opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives and the Financial Proposal will be opened after evaluation and approval of the Technical Proposal. Conditional bids and bids without security will not be considered. Bid security may be forfeited if the bidder withdraws the bid during the validity period or fails to sign the contract after acceptance. The Procuring Agency may reject any or all bids under applicable SPPRA Rules.
