Security Services Government Medical Store Depot Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of firms for security services for Government Medical Store Depot Gulberg III Lahore for Financial Year 2026-27 for a period of one year, extendable for an equal period subject to satisfactory performance under the same terms and conditions. Eligible firms must be registered with relevant registration and tax authorities and submit technical and financial bids using the Standard Forms specified in the bidding documents. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Completed bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and 2% bid security must be submitted electronically through the prescribed system; physical financial instruments including CDR, pay order or bank guarantee will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention Punjab in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who choose to attend. If the closing date is declared a public holiday, submission and opening will take place on the following working day at the same time and venue. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended.
