Annual Park Green Belt Repair Maintenance Works Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for annual repair, maintenance and rehabilitation of different parks and green belts of Horticulture Agency Faisalabad for the period up to 30 June 2027. The estimated cost is Rs.35,007,563 with 5% earnest money of Rs.1,750,378. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-27 may participate through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bidders must electronically submit rates for each item and the total bid through the prescribed BOQ or DNIT by 10:00 AM on 10 September 2026, with quoted rates announced at 10:30 AM on the same date. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated price must be submitted electronically, while physical CDRs, pay orders and bank guarantees will not be accepted. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of bid amount within 15 days of issuance of the letter. Applicable taxes are payable according to rules. Ornamental works and sculptures must be procured from approved sources under supervision of the Engineer In-Charge. Bids must be signed and stamped on every page. Procurement is governed by PPRA Rules and applicable circulars. This procurement concerns park repair, green belt maintenance, rehabilitation, horticultural infrastructure and related works, providing relevant terminology for park maintenance, green belt rehabilitation, landscaping infrastructure, horticulture works, civil maintenance and public park improvement.
