Procurement Of Dry And Lead Acid Batteries Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dry batteries and lead acid batteries for the IT section and Registrar office. Sealed bids are invited from well-established and reputed firms registered with Federal Board of Revenue. Tender documents containing bidding procedure, terms and conditions, scope of work and item specifications are available through e-PADS. Procurement shall follow open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with KP-PPRA Rules 2014 and applicable guidelines. Taxes shall be deducted according to applicable rules and quoted prices shall include applicable taxes. Bidders must submit bids electronically through e-PADS together with earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid amount in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the Treasurer. The original CDR must also be physically submitted or sent through courier. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.2,000 is required before submission. No physical or other electronic submission will be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives. This procurement concerns battery supply for institutional IT and administrative operations, including dry cell batteries and lead acid batteries, providing relevant terminology for battery procurement, rechargeable batteries, backup batteries, electrical batteries, power storage and institutional battery supply.
