Narowal Green Electric Bus Shelters Construction Tender Notice
Description
Municipal Committee Narowal invites electronic bids from eligible contractors and firms duly enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax departments including FBR and PRA for construction of bus shelters for Green Electric Buses on the Narowal Circular Route in City Narowal. The estimated cost is Rs.42.9412 million and bid security is 5%, amounting to Rs.2,147,060. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted electronically by 04 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened electronically on the same day at 2:30 PM at the office of Municipal Committee Narowal. Bid security must be submitted digitally through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options using a generated PSID. Bids submitted by email, courier, post or by hand will not be accepted. Bidders quoting more than 5% below the estimated amount will be required to furnish an e-Bank Guarantee equal to 5% of the contract amount through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
