Description
Framework contract for procurement of various items, equipment and services required for the Office of Deputy Commissioner, Narowal for financial year 2026-27 on free delivery to consignee's end basis. Registered firms with Income Tax, PST and the PPRA e-Procurement System are eligible. Bidding follows Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must bid for the entire or total quantity lot-wise and partial quantity bids are rejected. Bid submission closes on 20 October 2026 at 11:30 AM and bids are opened electronically at 12:00 PM the same day at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Narowal. Bid security is 1% of the lot amount in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, CDR or Pay Order in favour of the Deputy Commissioner, Narowal, with scanned copy attached to the electronic proposal and original submitted before closing time. Supply is required within 03 days of work order and late delivery attracts a 2% penalty per month.
