Neuro Diagnostic System Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Support, repair and maintenance services for Neuro-Diagnostic Information Management Information System and Picture Archiving Communication System PACS, including hardware and software support and maintenance services. The approximate cost is Rs.12 million. Electronic procurement shall be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must submit 2% bid security online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and quote rates according to the bidding documents and tender list. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, quantities and specifications are available through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted and opened according to the stated schedule, with submission at 10:00 AM and opening at 10:30 AM on 7 September 2026. If the scheduled date is a public holiday or non-working day, the next official working day will apply at the same time and venue. Award or supply order will be subject to availability of need and funds. This procurement covers neuro-diagnostic information management systems, PACS, hardware support, software support, system repair and maintenance, providing relevant terminology for medical information systems, PACS maintenance, diagnostic IT systems, healthcare software, medical imaging systems and technical support.
