Renovation And Rehabilitation Of Municipal Civil Works Tender Notice
Description
Renovation of Presbytarian Church Civil Lines, UP Church Civil Lines and Gulzar Colony and construction of Christian Graveyard Boundary Wall Wania and Koral Gujranwala. The estimated cost is Rs.10 million and bid security is 5% of estimated cost amounting to Rs.0.500 million. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must have relevant Pakistan Engineering Council registration and a valid renewed PEC License for Financial Year 2026-27 and must register on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website. Bids shall be submitted digitally through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Physical bid securities including CDR, pay order and demand draft are not accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit performance guarantee equal to 5% of contract amount within 15 days of receipt of offer letter. Bidders must quote item rates, total amounts and grand total in the financial proposal; percentage rates above or below estimated or DNIT cost will not be accepted. Responsive bids will be downloaded and quoted rates announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee. Bids must be submitted by 1:00 PM on 11 September 2026 and opened at 2:30 PM on the same day. MRS rates of 1st Bi-Annual 2026 apply. The procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA rules.
