Local Purchase Day To Day Vendors Tender Notice
Description
Registration of new Local Purchase on Day-to-Day (LPDD) vendors for supply of medicines, surgical disposables and other allied healthcare items to be procured through local purchase on a day-to-day basis. Pharmacies and firms registered under the Drugs Act 1976, DRAP Act 2012 as amended, and other relevant laws are eligible to apply. Existing registered LPDD vendors may apply separately for renewal or extension. A non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 3,000 is required, together with duly attested documents and a refundable performance guarantee of Rs. 50,000 in favor of the Medical Superintendent. Applications must include a complete company profile and representative name, CNIC number and contact number. Applications are to be submitted in sealed envelopes and will be opened at 11:30 AM on 14-09-2026.
