Framework contract procurement of miscellaneous items and services for financial year 2026-2027 through Punjab e-Procurement on a lot-wise basis. Lot 1 covers hot and cold items and lubricants - Lot 2 covers stationery, printing and computer stationery - Lot 3 covers cost of other store items, other miscellaneous items and beds and boxes - Lot 4 covers purchase, repair and replacement of transport spare parts - Lot 5 covers purchase, repair and replacement of machinery and equipment and furniture and fixtures - Lot 6 covers software items and repair of hardware, equipment and software - Lot 7 covers building repair. The total estimated cost is Rs. 24.3 million and lot-wise bid security is 3% of estimated cost. Bids must be submitted lot-wise as complete lots through Punjab e-Procurement by 11:00 AM on 15-09-2026 and opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Single Stage One Envelope procedure applies under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Samples of all items except repair work must be submitted before opening, and successful bidders must provide 5% performance guarantee.
