Road Rehabilitation Drainage Works Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation and improvement of roads and streets through provision of asphalt, PCC and drainage in Taj Pura, Ghazi Abad, Qalandar Pura, Amir Town, Rasheed Pura and adjoining abadies, NA-121, Lahore. The estimated cost is Rs.49,065,385 with bid security of Rs.2,453,269 and a six-month completion period. Bids are invited on item rates through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from engineering firms and contractors registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System with valid PEC C-5 or above license, active filer NTN and PNTN. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically, with the financial bid quoting tender rates and amounts in figures and words. Digital bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost is required according to the stated e-procurement procedure. Conditional bids will not be accepted and applicable taxes are the contractor's responsibility.
