Framework Contract Office Stationery Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the purchase of office stationery items on Delivered Duty Paid basis for the financial year 2026-27 under the Government of the Punjab Health and Population Department budget. The bid security is Rs.100,000. Bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System and only typed quoted rates are acceptable. Bidders must enlist all quoted products, attach required documents and samples, and quote prices per unit or pack inclusive of applicable taxes as specified in the bidding documents. Original bid security and required affidavits must reach the Procurement Branch before closing.
