Food Catering Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for FY 2026-27 for supply of food items including tea, hi-tea, lunch, dinner and breakfast and provision of catering services for trainings arranged by the Center for Professional Development of Public Prosecutors. Firms of good repute and relevant experience registered with the Punjab Food Authority, Punjab Revenue Authority and Income Tax Department are eligible to participate. Standard menus, crockery and tentage requirements are included in the tender documentation. Electronic tenders must be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement by September 09, 2026 at 12:00 PM under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical proposals will be opened at 02:00 PM on the same day in the presence of participating firms representatives who choose to attend, and only technically qualifying firms will proceed to financial bid opening. In case of a public holiday, opening will take place on the next working day at 02:00 PM. Bids must include Punjab Food Authority certification, Income Tax certificate, Punjab Sales Tax on Services registration certificate, bid security of Rs.140,000 and other documents required in the tender document. Taxes will be deducted according to law.
