Supply Of Furniture For Lahore Zoo Tender Notice
Description
Supply of furniture on a lump sum basis for Lahore Zoo. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers duly registered with PPRA and engaged in trading, with registration with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities, are invited to submit electronic bids. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be uploaded through the e-Procurement System by September 08, 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened electronically at 11:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend. Bid security is 5% of the estimated price and must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued by Bank of Punjab. If the closing date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the bid opening day. Bid validity is 90 days after submission. Further information may be obtained from the procuring agency seven days before the closing date during office hours. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or scrap the bidding process before contract award under applicable PPRA rules.
