Procurement Of Furniture For University Of Swabi Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture for University of Swabi under HEC funding for 2026. Eligible original manufacturers must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, reflected on the Active Taxpayer List and registered with EPADS. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Technical bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 02 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security is 2% of the bid amount in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank in favour of the Treasurer, University of Swabi; the original security must reach the designated office before the closing time and its scanned copy must be attached to the electronic bid. Technical bids will be evaluated first and financial bids will be opened only for technically qualified bidders. Rates must be quoted for each item and required samples must accompany the bid. A non-refundable bid processing fee of Rs.3,000 is payable. Incomplete, altered, overwritten or delayed bids will be non-responsive.
