Auction Of Residential Plots Tender Notice
Description
Auction for the sale of residential plots on ownership basis in Shahmansoor Town comprising eleven plots in Sectors B, C, D and E including one kanal and ten marla categories. Interested participants shall deposit a bid security of PKR 300,000 for each plot in the form of call deposit, pay order or bank draft before the auction. Successful bidders shall deposit 25 percent of the accepted bid amount within seven working days and the remaining amount together with applicable taxes within one month after issuance of the allotment letter. The auction will be held at 11:00 AM and if incomplete it will continue on the following scheduled date. Detailed terms and conditions are available from the Housing Officer during office hours.
