Stationery Equipment Assets Procurement Repair Tender Notice

Description

Procurement and repair services during financial year 2026-27 covering stationery supplies - computer stationery - printing - miscellaneous stores - machinery repair - furniture repair - software - government vehicle repair - building repair. Bids are invited from experienced and financially stable firms registered with General Sales Tax and Sales Tax Departments in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement will use the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with technical and financial proposals submitted separately along with complete documentation. The technical proposal must include details of offered samples on the firm letterhead, manufacturer authorization, Sales Tax and Professional Tax certificates and the latest tax return. An authority letter is required for firm representation. Technical bids will be opened online at 11:30 AM on the submission date, while financial bids will be opened at a later stage according to the date notified through the e-Procurement System. Firms must provide 20% earnest money with the bid in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft, stated to be refundable. After approval, 5% security in the form of Deposit at Call or CDR is required against the contract value and is refundable at the end of the year. Successful bidders must supply items within the prescribed period according to the supply order, provide a scheduled bank account number and bank statement, and payments will be made by cheque. All procurement and repair rates will remain effective until 30 June 2027.
