Parking Space Brands Road Multan Tender Notice
Description
Provision of parking space at Brands Road, Multan based on item rates and the approved DNIT and BOQ. The estimated cost is Rs. 49,829,000 with earnest money of Rs. 2,491,450 representing 5% of the estimated cost and a tentative completion period of five months. Bids are invited from contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category, specifications and code. Procurement follows the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 38(1) through Punjab E-Procurement System Version-II. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the e-procurement system, with no physical CDR accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder must submit performance security of 10% of the bid amount within 15 days of receiving the notice, valid for three months beyond the completion period.
