Vehicle Repair Maintenance Miscellaneous Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Repair and maintenance of vehicles and supply of miscellaneous items, stationery, machinery and equipment and other store items for Financial Year 2026-27. Sealed tenders are invited from registered contractors, suppliers and firms. Tender documents are issued from the office of the Deputy Director upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000. Bids must reach the office by 14 September 2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Tender documents will not be issued to blacklisted firms and conditional tenders are not accepted. Bidders must have their own workshop or stationery shop in Nagar or Gilgit City and must quote rates only for genuine spare parts for vehicles, machinery and equipment. Unrealistic, impractical or non-competitive rates will not be accepted. A refundable call deposit of Rs. 75,000 in favour of the Deputy Director, LG&RD District Nagar is required for repair and maintenance of transport and vehicles.
