Framework Contract For X Ray Films And Chemicals Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of X-ray films and chemicals on Delivered Duty Paid basis for Financial Year 2026-27 under the budgetary umbrella of Government of the Punjab, Health & Population Department. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security is 2% per item in the form of CDR or Bank Draft under Rule 27. Original bid security and required original affidavits must reach the Procurement Branch before closing. Bids must be uploaded by 10.09.2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day. Only typed quoted rates are acceptable, alterations or corrections will not be accepted, and bidders must list intended products with relevant documents and samples. Prices must be quoted per unit or pack inclusive of applicable taxes.
