Provision Of Janitorial Services Under Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Provision of janitorial services including services of 20 sweepers for offices of the Directorate General Public Relations, Head Office Lahore, under a framework contract initially for a period of one year. The estimated cost is 10 Million. Registered companies, firms and contractors are invited to submit Technical and Financial Bids inclusive of applicable government taxes and duties through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 and follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure. Bidders must submit bid security of 5% of the total estimated cost in the prescribed manner, an affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and litigation, bank certificate, statement or balance sheet demonstrating financial soundness of at least 50 million each year for the last three years, NTN or Income Tax Filer and Punjab Sales Tax Filer proof, current Professional Tax Certificate, company profile and signed acceptance of tender terms. The tender is to be submitted by 11:00 AM on 14.09.2026 and opened at 12:30 AM on the same day as stated in the notice. A successful bidder must furnish performance guarantee of 10% of the contract amount.
