Framework Procurement Of Stationery Supplies And Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement for the financial year 2026-2027 covering office stationery - computer stationery items - miscellaneous store items - repair of police vehicles - tyres and tubes - batteries - spare parts - filters - residential and other building repair - repair of machinery and equipment - office furniture - furniture and fixtures - software - printing articles - uniforms and protective clothing. Sealed e-bids are invited from well reputed and financially sound firms with relevant experience, registered on e-PADS and with income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax departments. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System and accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price through CDR, Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque and PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System, with the required hard copy of the financial instrument also submitted. Bids will be opened online at 11:30 AM on the closing date. Quoted rates must be inclusive of GST and PST and remain valid until 30-06-2027. Successful bidders must provide samples before supply orders, deliver items within 7 days of supply orders and furnish a 5% performance guarantee.
