Dustbin Liners Linen Janitorial Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of dustbin liners - linen store items - janitorial consumable items - janitorial items - general items on package or lot-wise basis. Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, general order suppliers and joint ventures engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax, and registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted online through e-PADS with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of the relevant articles or items. Bid opening will be conducted in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening, hard copies are not required, and late bids shall be rejected.
