Description
Framework contract for procurement of Linen Items for Punjab Institute of Mental Health Lahore for financial year 2026-27. E-bids shall be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement, with 1% bid security of the estimated cost of articles or items. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Late submission of bid security in person will result in rejection and hard copies of e-bids are not required. Procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bids submitted by 10:30 AM on 27 October 2026 will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day.
