Framework Agreement For Vehicle Rental Services Tender Notice
Description
Establish a one-year framework agreement for hiring rental vehicle services including intra-city vehicles on daily basis - intra-city vehicles on monthly basis - inter-city vehicles on daily basis - inter-city vehicles on monthly basis. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, with technical specifications, eligibility criteria, service requirements and evaluation methodology provided in the bidding documents. Eligible firms and companies must provide vehicle rental services and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with FBR, PRA and other relevant statutory authorities. Separate or complete bids may be submitted for any or all lots through the electronic procurement system. Bid security of Rs. 125,000 is required for each lot. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 3 September 2026 at 11:30 AM, while bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The framework agreement will establish fixed unit rates, and vehicle hiring will be made on an as-required basis through Call-Off Orders without any guaranteed minimum quantity or value.
