Vendor Registration For Medicines And Surgical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Walk-in registration for fresh and renewal of eligible vendors is invited for the supply of drugs and medicines - surgical disposables - medical devices - implants - therapeutic goods including local, multinational and imported products on a day-to-day basis through the Online Automated Local Purchase system deployed by the Punjab Information Technology Board, including supplies for hospital Zakat patients. Vendors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, have active taxpayer status, possess a licensed operational pharmacy within a maximum 10 km radius of the hospital, and demonstrate adequate technical, managerial and financial capabilities. The estimated allocation for medicines is approximately Rs. 50,000,000, and a refundable Performance Guarantee of Rs. 50,000 is required in favour of the Medical Superintendent in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Bankers Cheque. E-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with the original Performance Guarantee submitted on or before the e-bid opening time in addition to the uploaded copy. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or wrongly submitted e-bids or proposals will be rejected. Registration covers new vendors and renewal of existing vendors to enhance competition.
