Maintenance Of Cardiology Equipment And Technology Systems Tender Notice

Bids are invited for annual repair and maintenance of Angiography Machine Cath Lab II - supply of a video conferencing solution - maintenance and repair items - accessories and items for Cath Lab. Procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 on F.O.R. basis from reputed firms and contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax authorities and appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. The estimated costs include Rs. 12,800,000 for Angiography Machine Cath Lab maintenance - Rs. 3,500,000 for video conferencing solution - Rs. 29,981,989 for maintenance and repair items - Rs. 5,000,000 for Cath Lab accessories. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 1% of the estimated amount for each tender is required electronically against the PSID generated through the E-Procurement System. Bids shall be submitted separately for each tender and opened electronically on the scheduled day.
