Renovation Of Public Amenities Buildings Tender Notice
Description
Renovate and rehabilitate public amenities buildings at Brands Road, Multan through item-rate bidding based on the approved BOQ and DNIT. Eligible contractors and firms must be enlisted or renewed with PEC for the current financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category, specification and code. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Contractors must quote item rates and total amounts against each BOQ item electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual bids and physical CDRs will not be accepted. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 1,808,200, must be submitted electronically through the prescribed system. The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit performance security equal to 10% of the bid amount within 15 days of the notice. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in the office of the Commissioner Multan Division.
