Description
Operation of a Fair Price Pharmacy at DHO Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat. Bidding shall be conducted through E-PADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. Eligible firms, vendors and suppliers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, hold a valid Drug Sale License under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Drug Sales Rules and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS with scanned copies of required documents, while original bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt amounting to Rs. 2000000/- must be submitted to the office before the closing time along with attested copies of uploaded documents. Manual bids will not be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 14-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at the office of the Medical Superintendent. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date. Approved rental rates and other services will remain valid until 30-06-2027.
