Fair Price Pharmacy Services Dho Teaching Hospital Kohat Tender Notice

Hiring and provisioning of Fair Price Pharmacy services for DHO Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat. E-bids are invited from firms, vendors and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and holding a valid Drug Sale License under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Drug Sales Rules 1982 as amended in 2017. Bidding shall follow Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 6(2)(b) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Procurement Rules 2014, with separate Technical and Financial Proposals. E-bids and required documents must be submitted through E-PADS, while the original Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 2,000,000 as bid security must also be submitted to the Medical Superintendent before closing time together with attested copies of uploaded documents. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Medical Superintendent DHO Teaching Hospital KDA Kohat at 11:30 AM. Approved rental rates and other services will remain valid until 30-06-2027 under the framework contract provisions of KPPRA Rule 31(A). Mandatory documents and requirements must be fulfilled, otherwise bids will be treated as non-responsive. Failure to execute the contract may result in forfeiture of CDR and blacklisting. Applicable income tax, stamp duty, professional tax and other government taxes will be charged according to rules.
