Description
Repair and maintenance of the office building for PHE Circle Peshawar and PHE Division-I Peshawar. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in Category C-6 with specialization codes BC04 and CE10, valid registration with the Provincial Enlistment Committee Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, active KPRA registration and active FBR NTN registration. Bid security of Rs. 100000 is required. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS, while original work-wise bid security, applicable bidding document fees and additional security in the form of CDR must be physically submitted in a separate sealed envelope through registered post or courier. Joint ventures are not allowed and unreadable or blurred uploaded documents will be rejected as non-responsive. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
