Hiring of consultancy services for design review and supervision of sanitation and drainage infrastructure under Improvement of Sanitation and Drainage Infrastructure in Lakki City, District Lakki Marwat. Consultancy procurement shall follow Quality and Cost Based Selection through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on EPADS. Interested consultants, firms and companies must hold relevant PEC registration codes as specified in the RFP, KPRA registration and FBR registration. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS, with technical proposals evaluated according to the RFP criteria. A bid declaration certificate must be uploaded confirming that the successful consultant will provide performance security or guarantee equal to 10% of the bid amount in the form of CDR or bank guarantee from scheduled banks in Pakistan. Financial proposals of technically unqualified consultants will not be opened. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 03-09-2026 at 1200 hours at the office of the Chief Engineer South, Public Health Engineering Department, Plot 40, Sector B-II, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
