Hiring of consultancy services on Quality and Cost Based Selection through Single Stage-Two Envelopes for Design Review and Supervision of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes under Mega Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes for Naurang City, Lakki Marwat, ADP No. 250693, and Design Review and Supervision of Sanitation and Drainage Infrastructure under Improvement of Sanitation and Drainage Infrastructure in Lakki City, District Lakki Marwat, ADP No. 251006. Interested consultants, firms and companies must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council bearing relevant codes mentioned in the RFP, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue. Technical and Financial Proposals must be prepared according to the RFP and submitted through EPADS file uploading system. A bid declaration certificate is mandatory and must undertake submission of performance security or guarantee equal to 10% of the bid amount in the prescribed form upon award. Technical proposals will be evaluated before financial proposals of technically qualified consultants are opened, with the financial opening date to be communicated after technical evaluation. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Chief Engineer South, Public Health Engineering Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Hayatabad, Peshawar at 1200 hours. Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be entertained.
