Consultancy For Water Supply And Sanitation Schemes Tender Notice

Hiring of consultancy services for design review and supervision of drinking water supply and sanitation schemes under the Mega Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes for Naurang City, Lakki Marwat, and design review and supervision of sanitation and drainage infrastructure under the Improvement of Sanitation and Drainage Infrastructure in Lakki City, District Lakki Marwat. Procurement shall follow Quality and Cost Based Selection through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted through EPADS. Eligible consultants must be registered with PEC under relevant codes, KPRA and FBR. A bid declaration certificate must be uploaded confirming submission of performance security or guarantee equal to 10% of the bid amount upon award. Technical proposals will be opened on 14-09-2026 at 1130 hours, while financial proposals of technically qualified consultants will be opened on a separately communicated date. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 03-09-2026 at 1200 hours at the office of the Chief Engineer South, Public Health Engineering Department, Peshawar.
