Construction of access roads to new potential tourist sites in Malakand Division under Package-II including Asso Road (04 KM) - Manai Jakar Baba Road (03 KM) - Bagh to Narai Kandaw Road (04 KM) - Ziam Asman Shan Khushal Patac Top Road (5 KM). Electronic bids are invited from eligible firms and contractors through the EPADS system under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with separate Technical Bid and Financial Bid. Technical proposals must be uploaded before submission of the Financial Bid, and financial bids will be opened after approval of technical bids by the competent authority. Bidders must hold relevant PEC registration, KPRA registration, valid NTN/GST certificates with FBR and meet technical criteria relating to general experience, personnel capabilities, equipment capabilities and financial soundness. Bid security of Rs. 221580/- and tender entry fee at 0.03% of total tender cost are required, while bidding documents are available for Rs. 6000/- non-refundable.
