Prequalification Of Distributors And Pharmacies For Medicine Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of distributors and pharmacies for procurement of unquoted items of bulk formulary medicines for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Centre, Lahore. E-bids are invited from vendors/firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments or authorities under PPRA 2014. The procurement procedure is Single Stage-Single Envelope. Estimated cost is PKR 139,294,744 and bid security is 2% of the estimated amount against quoted items in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order, with electronic submission through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the prescribed manner. Participating firms must be registered with Punjab E Procurement System. Bid validity is 180 days from opening of bids. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications are available free of cost from the PKLI website and Punjab e-Procurement portals. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
