Rehabilitation Construction Metalled Road Mailsi Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation and construction of metalled road from Railway Crossing to ADLG Office via Railway Station, DSP Chowk, Sabzi Mandi and Ghalla Mandi Mailsi, covering a length of 1.308 Km, with estimated cost of Rs. 61,760,000 and bid security of Rs. 3,088,000 at 5%. Procurement is on item-rate basis through Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and possess valid PEC licence/enlistment for FY 2026-27 in the relevant category and codes, wherever applicable. Technical and financial proposals are to be submitted electronically; manual, email, courier, post or hand-submitted bids are not accepted. Bid security must be submitted through a Digital Bank Guarantee via the Punjab e-Procurement System, with the issuing bank transmitting the guarantee through SWIFT MT760. Successful bidders must furnish Performance Security of 5% of the Contract Price. Unit rates and item-wise amounts must be quoted in the BOQ/DNIT and percentage-based bids are non-responsive. Complete rate analysis, summaries and sub-summaries must be furnished. Bids remain valid for 60 days from opening. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM.
